Is it because they're so popular that MadVapes is always out of the things I want?

About a month ago I was after some more Spearmint e-liquid, which was out. About a week wait and it was back up again.

Tonight I was going on to order some more 14500 batteries, wanted to try out the trustfire ones. 0 Available. Okay, I'll get the Ultrafire 14500's then. 0 Available. Wanted to bundle in some more smok Tech cartomizers. 0 Available.

Everything else I would order is in stock (at the moment) but the key items for the purchase. Urgh.

This seems to be a constant issue with many suppliers. I think it is because most of the suppliers are small outfits that cannot afford to invest tens of thousands into stock in the hope someone might buy. Let's face it, it must be difficult because what is hot today in the ecig world is tomorrows junk that no-one wants (like the XL CE2 clearomisers with the cracking tubes). I don't think this will change anytime soon until ecigs become more settled and mainstream and the only answer is to keep your own stock of things that you do not want to be without.

I don't think that batteries should be on that list of "hot or not" though. Really, I could go to amazon or a battery company's online store and order them, but I'd rather support the vendors that I use. Neither do I feel that standard single coil LR cartos, or Dual-Coil cartos should be either. Other than that some people prefer different brands, they still seem to be the standard.

Either way,
Cheers,

I understand on how difficult it is to keep stock and try to run a lean business model, I have absolutely no issue with that. The issue I have which was stated above was when vendors do not have the stock, allow you to order on their site and have zero communication to the buyer. Meaning they say Hey! Someone needs some of these carto's that I have for sale but I do not have stock on, I will order these but thats were it ends. A customer checks his status everyday not knowing what the turn around time is, but yet your charge card was billed. So now the buyer has their funds tied up for days sometimes weeks while they wait which is completely unacceptable. Listen if you dont have product dont allow the user to purchase and then go unresponsive. It is not my problem as a consumer if you cannot keep up your stock, If I am a customer that loves your products and service I will always stick by my vendor thru thick and thin. I currently have an order that is taking more time due to a sale, but I know this upfront and I am willing to wait for the quality service and product. It's all about COMMUNICATION. If you choose not to communicate with your customers and cannot keep your stock up then change your business model, adapt, or call it a day. Dont tie up peoples hard earned money as people live paycheck to paycheck. I am not implying this is the case mentioned above, I'm just venting on my experiences in the last 2 months I got into vaping and have already had issues with shady business practices and a lack of customer service.

It's a double edge sword. They have the best prices, products and costumer service. That's one reason they run out of inventory. I talked to the owner (he's a good guy) and he told me he's expecting a shipment to come in within a week or so. He's got some new stuff coming in with the order. I can't wait to see the next "in" thing.

We sell a ton of stuff and China was off for 10 days which actually sets them back almost 3 weeks by the time they catch up. We get in a ton of stuff everyday and things are coming back in finally. We usually carry about 800k worth of stock and it's tricky to manage sometimes :(

We're working on a new inventory system that should help us avoid out of stock situations that should be in our control.

I'm a loyal customer and most likely always will be.We only complain cause we don't want to go anywhere else. It just gets frustrating wanting something and its always out more than its in (stock). As long as the issue is brig addressed and being worked on,then I'm happy..

Ever think of selling bigger quantity of china juice? I know it can be bought by the gallon... I'm just curious to know..

Oh I'm not saying they should sell gallons. I'm just saying I know it can be bought direct by the gallon. What I meant was more size options. Like 120ml - 300ml. Normally when I buy from someone else I get it @ 120ml and I still cut it which sometimes doubles it.
I love dekang (tab) I would like to order a larger quantity since its always out. I know I know.. Buy more when I order buy that's not the point. That's like buying 10 5ml bottles just so I can get 50ml of it..

I appreciate the replies, Hoog&Co. I hope that I didn't come off wrong, there's only a handful of vendors that I have found that I like, and Madvapes is on the top of my list. I'm certain that I'm not the only one that feels that way, and it's probably why it sucks when trying to order something and it's out of stock.

Keep up the good work though, guys.
Hope the inventory system works out how everyone hopes it will. :)

It's frustrating for us also. Imagine wanting your order and not being able to get it :)
