Is there a counter on this forum for keeping track of how many days its been since I quit smoking. If so, where is it? I've looked everywhere and can't find one.

There most certainly is, however you'll need 15 or more posts in order to put one in your signature.

Once you reach the magic plateau, you'll find the link for the banner at the top of the forum page under Forum Actions.

Go to your selected website or fvorite...like mine is Mt. Baker...you can get the banners there.....
