My 1st time in this forum , I have never made any juice, but stocking up on all items.
For right now I have them in the frige.
My Nic,VG,PG,Flavor: all came in plastic bottles.

What is the best way to store this? to keep it fresh, until I get ready to DIY.

I know this question has been beat to death! But I thought I would give it a try!
Thanks for your response :)

Love This Forum!!

I keep my nicotine in the freezer. I have 2-3 30ml bottles I keep in the refrigerator to keep on hand for mixing.
When I bought my liter of nicotine, it shipped in a brown plastic bottle and I put it in a large plastic ziplock bag as well.
I keep my 15 ml bottles of flavors in a tackle box, and my 4 oz bottles of flavors in the box they were shipped in. They are to large for my tackle box.
I am thinking of having a mixing station/cabinet made, I just can't decide what I want it to look like...

It's OK to store your VG/PG in the fridg, Your NIC in the freezer but don't store your flavors in the freezer. Some will store flavor in the fridg but most store them in a cool dark place like a closet or draw or tackle box..
Ok that is what I worry about I have flavors here that are NOT in a COOL place. This wee place Really is a sweatbox. Can I stick the flavors in a container in the bottom of my fridge? If so I think they might survive better than I lol.:p

When I am ready to buy my next batch of nic, I will also buy these: Amazon.com: Glass Vials, 2 Dram, Pack of 12: Industrial & Scientific Of course, if you use Wizard, you may already have a collection of the same kind of bottles from the flavoring. Transfer the nic, and put it in the freezer. Bring one out as needed, when you mix unflavored. In small packages, they can be put in this or that corner of a small freezer, thus actually taking up less room than the original bottle.

My pg is in canning jars, and my vg is in the original plastic bottle, and my unflavored is in a half-pint canning jar. And then there are the flavorings. None of which is refrigerated.

Whup -- okay, been searching through the forums, and missed the memo on freezing/refrigerating back when I started DIY.

Got my nic and pg/vg 9 months ago. They've been in a cool, dark place. Should I consider replacing them, test the nic, or just throw 'em into the fridge and freeze the nic?

Nic - ~60ml of 120ml 100mg left
PG - ~10oz of each 16oz bottle left

I wouldn't toss it. Nope! As for what to do now, I don't think the amount you have left really warrants changing up your set-up -- plus you've already had it opened for a while. Even in a cool, dark place, what you have now should still last you a good while.

a big key to keeping your flavoring fresh is lack of contact with air. every time you open your flavoring, molecules escape. open it enough and the flavoring will morph. of course the bottles are usually not 100% air-tight, so just laying around will cause flavorings to age as well. good thing flavorings are inexpensive for the most part.

this info is from TFA. i believe her name is Linda if i recall correctly. i'll try to find her exact quote, as i directly asked her this exact question and made an ECF post about it.

EDIT: found it :)
