The fridge is fine PROVIDED you're storing liquid that you intend on using in the next 2-3 months. Long term storage in the refrigerator, i.e. refrigerating liquids you intend on using a year from now is not recommended.

With our liquids and their decreased shelf life (lack of preservatives again), buy no more than you intend on using in the next few months.

We've begun putting "born on" dates on the bottles, which will help a lot of folks juggle bottle age and such.

But again, short term refrigeration is okay, long term refrigeration, not okay.

This will probably seem like a silly question, so please forgive me if it is, or if it's been addressed somewhere and I've missed it. Could an unopened bottle be safely stored in the freezer? I forsee myself having a lack of self control where TV's weekly specials are concerned...

Refrigerator = Good
Freezer = Bad, might as well just put it in the garbage.

It may look ok out of the freezer but what happens on a molecular level is a whole different story!

Typically, molecular level reactions slow as temp drops.
Have you seen a scientific explaination or experiment which shows molecular level issues w/ freezing juice.
Perhaps a post on this forum?
Just curious.
