It's been said, but a cool, dark place is best. Refrigeration introduces condensation, which I don't think you'd want in your juices. Definitely keep them away from sunlight whenever possible.

I bought a 3 pack of Glad "Family Size" food storage containers from Target to put my bottles into and keep in my closet or drawer. I use one of storage containers for steeping by cutting out a circle in the lid and placing cheesecloth over it to prevent anything going into the open containers.

Hi everyone

Question
How do you store your juices? I've read cool dry dark place. Should I put it in the fridge or is room temp better? Thanks

Hi Erica,

In my case I live in a house with a steel roof, no air conditioning, and a climate of which it is said that we can get four seasons in one day. Room temp is an extremely variable concept as far as I'm concerned. So I felt I had little choice but to store liquids in a fridge. I recently opened a 500ml bottle of juice which has been in the fridge for 12 months (emergency supply!). I decanted some into a couple of 50ml bottles for daily use and returned the stock to the fridge. Verdict: The juice seems to me a bit harsher than I have become accustomed to but it is certainly not off.
