Storing Flavorings

It depends on what is in them. Your best bet would be to ask the manufacturer. If they are just flavorings and not juices that contain nicotine your best bet would be the standard room temperature/cool, dark place. Pure flavor concentrates in general shouldn't have anything photosensitive in them. Leaving them in a warm place or direct sunlight would probably evaporate whatever base they are in which might effect the flavor. I keep all mine in a pastic bag and in a shipping box in a drawer and haven't had a problem.

I normally keep mine in ziplock bags sorted by category(fruits, drinks, sweets, etc) inside a tackle box...

But, my air conditioning has gone out, and I'm really worried the heat is going to ruin them. It stays about 85 degrees and terribly humid inside my house now (YIPPEE) I already have to shell out 8k for a new air conditioning unit, I would hate to have to replace $250 worth of flavorings on top of that :-/
