I'm not making the distinction.

What's the difference between 10% nic in pg/vg, 5% nic in pg/VG and "mixed liquids"?

Tapatyped

I don't know if there is a difference storing/aging wise so i just specified what i was talking about.

I'm sorry.

What I was saying...

I vape that stuff.

I consider that "already mixed" for me .

As far as storage, it's all in PG and VG already. So it all stores nearly identical.

You guys realize there is no little guy in the freezer that turns the light on and off. When it's shut, the light is off, right?
Did they tell you that? How can you be so sure? They hide untill it's safe to come out. Ever found any holes in your cheese for example? That's why i take out the bulb before closing the door.

I've spent some quality time reading opinions about long term storage. Some of those seem to be people with good credentials for having an opinion. It appears pg, vg and nic are fairly stable liquids to begin with. They don't contain anything that can nourish microorganisms so they aren't going to spoil the way food can. Light and oxygen can interact with nic and cause it to turn dark. To slow down that process sheild the stored nic from light and oxygen and then slow down interaction further by maintaining a low temperature. Somebody on the forum said they tested nic they stored 6 years previously and it appeared to be fine. That's hopeful, may be predictable. I resisted the temptation to buy nic higher than 100mg because above that cleaning up a major spill might require knowledge and equipment I don't have.

At my workplace they use 12 year old stored nic for experiments in mice. No noticeable degradation, it still makes their heart race.

I think that's enough proof for me that it will hold up a long time.

Like I said previously, I have enough for some years at daily 6ml of 18mg but what in earth will we do after 8-10 years? Maybe there won't be any alternative by then... The future is depressing.

My plan is to get another bottle of nic base out of the freezer, mix, and vape on! :D

I can't imagine the size of your stock
I've got roughly 30 years worth, which is probably longer than I've got left in this life. The funny thing is, that stock cost me only about 1/5 the amount I've saved by not buying cigarettes over the last 800 days.

If I were you, I'd order some more. :)

I've been vaping zero nicotine for four weeks now.
(not that I want to be vaping zero nicotine, circumstances are forcing my hand)

Yet I still have 20 years worth of nicotine in my freezer.
Because I am going straight back to nicotine as soon as I can.

Anyway, I bought this stuff because it's ready to go straight into the freezer...
Nude Armor Nicotine Base - EXTENDED SHELF LIFE - Nude Nicotine

I am a big fan of things I don't have to deal with.
I have enough to deal with already.

I've stocked up 3L of 72mg nic and planning adding another 1L before may, 20th. At my current consumption, it should last me over 8 years at -23C

You don't need to let the nic warm up before use. I just pour the nic I need at - 23C into the glass container where I'm doing a new batch. It's still liquid at that temperature.

Instead of using a ton of small bottles you can use larger ones and fill them with glass marbles as you use up the nic so they're always full to the brim even if almost empty of nic.

Vapeaggedon is coming :(
