I hope everyone had a nice week. Things are starting to get back to normal here now that the store is open and I have little elves running around helping.
Our previous shipping error percent was 2.6%, which is very low but too high for me. We have made a few changes in the warehouse which have eliminated most of the shipping errors, unless of course, they let me ship! The only errors in the past few weeks have been mine! My warehouse manager has banned me from the warehouse. LOL We're also now able to ship even faster than before. More changes on in the works, we're always looking for ways to improve and make your experience with us a better one.
We have a vape Meet planned at the store for 9/27/13, starts at 5PM. If you're in the area, stop by and join us for a time to socialize with other vapers and win some prizes!
