I had a question about an item at Stormy's Vapor Cellar and submitted the question through their 'Contact Us' form at the web site. Within a very short time this question was answered. I placed an order the next day and I had a concern that the order didn't go through. Sent an inquiry about this with the Contact Us form and within minutes had an answer (yes the order had gone through).
