I just want to say thanks to Cloudburst @ Stormy's Vapor Cellar for the awesome prize I received for their last contest. I know some of the ECF veterans around here have dealt with and gotten to personally know many of the suppliers. For someone like me though, who only recently discovered vaping, it's not as easy to know who to go to, who to buy from, who's easy to deal with etc. BUT, I will say from personal experience, that I'll be going back to Stormy's Cellar when I need something. Cloudburst recently held a caption contest, which I was floored to win. Within minutes, I had already received a PM letting me know I had won. And just a few days later, I'm sitting here vaping on a brand new E-Power, courtesy of Stormy's.
Let me be clear: I've never ordered from Stormy's before; although I will now. I won't say that getting an awesome free prize didn't have anything to do with it. But what impressed me more was the fact that even though I didn't buy anything, I still got to see Stormy's spectacular customer service in action. Instant communication, friendly and easy to deal with in the PM's we exchanged, and quick shipping of a product. If that's how they treat all of their PAYING customers, then I will most definitely be back.
