Since Jack's soul could time travel as well he went back to the early 2000's and "probie slapped" the baffon at the FDA that proposed the first vaping rules. Since that baffon now had a headache he didn't go to work that day.

The headache was mitigated with aspirin and Jack was able to keep on with his leviathan task of battling the FDA and their draconian rule making process.......

Jack had a wicked idea. He would start a rumor that the FDA was going to put a ban on Provaris. he knew this would cause the Provarinati to demands their heads.

All the "Provarinati" (whoever they are) gathered in Washington DC the day of the first open hearings. There were so many that they had to move the hearings to the MALL in front of the Lincoln Monument.

Then the FDA agents all retired and went home as they could never sign any more regulations! The Provaniti's rejoiced and vaped on the mall. No one would ever dare to chalenge these vapres again.

As the "Provarinati" waited to hear what the FDA was going to do next, they decided to search out someone who could go behind the lines and join the FDA as a spy. They found out that one of their own was living in WV and already a government employee who could get transferred to the FDA . . . "JoanJ"
