Yes that is health cabin , no US vendors carry this flavor and its one of the best flavors there is . Its a trade secret . Its like being able to use EM at higher concentrations without a sugar coating which em cant do . I paid around 9.00 or maybe 11.00 for 70 items by airmail . Having this flavor was well worth the wait .

Looks like nobodys ever going to make this recipe which is a shame since its soooo good .

You won't find many people making this one b/c the first ingredient listed is next to impossible to obtain. Buying BWB RY4 is like trying to win the lottery. lol It sounds great! I've got to place an order from HC now....geesh!

Yea HC caramel is hard to source as well . SHame since its really good . You can use any of your fav tobacco though . Notice the percent on that RY4 is not very high so its only a slight hint in the background .

Have you tried want2vape's Caramel #2? It has that burnt sugar taste and adds TH. Plus he's here in the US.

Will be trying this as soon as I get my hands on some BB RY4

Might try to sub out the BB for something else.
