I stored 2 manual and 3 auto 510 batts for 1 year at room temp.
Each batt was used about 1 to 10 days and worked excellent.
I recently got the 5 batts out for testing.

All 3 auto batts work fine.
Both of the manual batteries don't work:(.
I cleaned all connections and tried two atties and two chargers.
The batts are very clean and never flooded.
The manual batts are sealed type.

Voltages:
Man Batt 1 = 3.96vdc fully charged => no vapor
Man Batt 2 = 3.94vdc fully charged => no vapor
Auto Batt 1 = 3.86vdc partial charge => great vapor
Auto Batt 2 = 3.51vdc partially charge => great vapor
Auto Batt 3 => great vapor

Maybe the manual switch is restricting current flow?
Maybe the manual batt has defective solder joints?

I have seen people who claim that manual batteries can't be charged on an auto charger.
