Ok just looking for an angle I may have missed on this one.
I have 4 18650 batteries.
first i will say its not a voltage problem or a charging problem or any kind of failure as all batteries work and charge properly.

i have 3 batteries that will work in no matter what I use them in, the 4th only works in some of them.
like I use this battery in one mod and get close to 2 days vaping on it, when inserted into the PROVARI the PV will not turn on, thinking its the battery i take it out test it with a meter (4.19V) check for damage and insert it into any other mod and it works fine.

I am stuck on this one, it's not mandatory to use this battery in the proV as it was already here and used for other things before I got it.
I just find this an interesting problem and wonder if anyone has any input.

the one thats acting wierd is a panasonic 2250 button top, have two of them, one works fine but the other when in the provari does not let it turn on, throw the other panny in the provari vaping all day, take out the weird one put it in another mod same thing vapes all day.
just bizarre behavior. and found it perplexing.

Thank you sir, we have a winner, while not very noticeable the bulge of the battery casing actually recessed the contact just about a 1/2 millimeter more then the other, as the button tops have the little notches in the sides I stuck a steel pin inside and caused the button top to dimple a bit more and it now works. while not perfect finding the correct angle causes it to fire now so i may play with it a bit more..
i knew it was some little thing like this i didnt account for. thanks.
