Strange battery issue with my EGO-T

Hey,

A first I'd like to say hello to everybody. It's my first post here and I'm not feeling well, that it's about a problem with my e-cigarette...

Whenever I charge the battery, it's all OK. When the cartridge is not plugged in, pressing the button results in clean blue light and firing. When the cartridge is inserted into the e-cigarette, however, the button flashes 5 times and nothing happens, no firing, nothing. Whenever pressed, it just flashes 5 times, no matter how thoroughly it's been charged...

Could You please give me some insights on what to do to fix this issue? I'd really like to smoke my e-cigar, but it's quite impossible right now...

Thanks a lot and hi there!

It sounds like you're getting a low battery indicator. What sort of charger are you using?

Have you tried a different cartridge? Something could be shorting in the cartridge your using but that's quite rare.my ego batteries usually flash when there's a short then shut down

This could very well be the cause. Or... I believe if the resistance (Ohm) of the topper you're using is too low, it will give you the warning flashes too. what are you using on your battery?
