3 weeks is way too soon for your type of problem.
Could contact:
local B&M vape shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

I'm not sure if someone already said this, but it's possible that the coil is junk.

Smoktech has a tendency to push these coils out so fast, a lot of them slip through the cracks in their quality control. Either that, or the coils not making a solid contact with the 510 pin.

can I see a picture of your tanks coil base and the 510 pin?
