Strangest thing happened with a LR dual coil carto

While I was vaping on a dual coil carto in a tank with my Provari, all of a sudden it wouldn't fire and I looked down to read a E1 on my Provari's display. I was vaping at about 4 volts at the time. After the error code popped up, I kept lowering the voltage until I didn't get a error code. I had to lower it down to 3.3 for it to fire again. I then checked the resistance which no longer read 1.5 ohms (the carto's stock rating). It read 1 ohm.

The only thing I can think happened was one of the coils burnt out. Is this the reason or could it be something else?

Not sure about what happend but you where lucky getting it work at 4volts i find DC good at 3.3 and 3.2

Right now while vaping on a 1.5 ohm DC in a tank, i have it set at 3.9 volts. I am not getting good vapor production below 3.5.

If one of the coils burnt out it would read 3 ohms, there are two of them in a 1.5 ohm DC carto. Sounds like you have leaked juice into the connector and its conducting enough electricity to act like lower resistance.
