Yes, it does taste like strawberry champange.

individual flavors stand out as you expected? Is there one flavor that
is stronger than another? Do they seem to be mixed in proper
proportions?
The champange stands out more that the strawberry.
3. Is this flavor typical of the types of flavors you prefer? What are
your top 3 types of favorite flavors (for example, coffee, fruit,
tobacco, pastry, etc.)?
I prefer strong flavors like teaberry, love the kickin cherry, coffee
flavors, amd menthols
4. Which device (including voltage if you know it) are you using to
test this flavor? Please include any information on the style of
atomizer you are using (510, 801, 901, etc), and the type as well
(low/reg/high resistance, cartomizer, etc.)
510 Riva battery 750Mah 510 standard atomizer 2.0 Omh (used a new
atomizer and cleaned it with hot water to get the atty taste out of
it) used both cartridge and dripped

to 5 (1 being disliked it and 5 being loved it).
3 (not an all day vape but was good but good for those I need a diff
flavor times.)

Little bit more strawberry

flavor you are reviewing.
I would make the strawberry a bit stronger maybe a little sweeter. It
got better for me after I added some of your sweetener and let it set
for 2 or 3 days. Will definetly be trying more tester flavors.
