So I've only been vaping for not even two weeks. And just a minute ago I busted out way more pushups than I've ever done before.
I knew that my distance running would benefit, but I had no idea that it would directly affect my muscles. Obviously they're getting more oxygen from my blood supply. I'm just amazed, and I'm nowhere near fully recovered yet.
Has this happened to anyone else?
