I'm never ordering from StrictlyEjuice again. My package was said to be delivered via the tracking #, but I have nothing in my mailbox. No wonder they're not listed on the suppliers list.

They told me in an e-mail that there have been a "few" lost packages this month.... :|. No sir, I don't like it.

They use Stamp.com if you got a tracking number the shipping problem is not with SJ.

I have the cotton candy flavor and a few others from them for the price they really can't be beat. I find them to not be very strong though.

service from the company was great. I emailed them about the watered down like flavors

and got this

"Hello Josh,

No problem. We'll send a return label with the replacement, and simply affix that label onto the package so you can send it back to us.

this seems great to me that they are willing to fix the problem right away

I mean I really water down my liquids using vg or pg anyways but the fact that I cannot do that because of weak flavors really sucks

they will continue to get my service because I buy a bottle every few days

the selection and price is awesome I buy juice chains, tweezers, foam inserts just to reach the 10 dollar shipping

I'm thinking I might have recieved some watered down stuff back on the 4th. I got a 510 kit from them with 2-24mg 3ml trial bottles of 555 and grape. At 24mg I could vape that stuff all day, no problem. I soon ran out, and ordered some Myboro 18mg from mypvshop, and it seems a heck of alot stronger nic wise. Can only vape it every half hour or so.

so they offer to replace it free of charge and you still say no?

They will give me a refund as soon as they have received back the bottles.
That is fine, but I would like to hear them say what they think of the liquid they sold me and tell me why it is different then my previous order. Again: we all make mistakes, if they solve it and recognize the problem and do something about it!

Now I am kinda thinking if my juice, ordered mid December, is actually good or not. Seeing as their juice was the first I've ever gotten I have no way to compare. I did just order some from litecigusa yesterday so I will have something to finally compare.

As for returning things?

It took them a day or two to reply to me about the L2 batteries. However, they didn't say anything about shipping me a label OR how to return it.

I have canceled my order with SE.... Hopefully SE can work on a faster delivery system...:confused:

I will stick with CigNot (I am not affiliated with them, beside being a customer). I receive my product within 3 days of order and they are not even local to me...

I just placed an order with them like 3 day's ago...and it's already been shipped...why did I have to see this thread now...why!?!? Well hopefully I get a good batch of fluids...please...I beg you...Crap like this is why I stopped e-smoking in the first place. Well I let you guy's know my experience with their fluid. I've only tried 3 different stores so far. Yeah newbie...

update:

I received notification that they have send four new bottles of the Kona coffee, that is nice but.....I asked if the one's they send are good, not sour and disgusting like the previous four...the answer: we don't know, we get them from the manufacturer.....Ok let's wait and see if they are good...if not I told them that I want a refund.....they said ok. I have send back the four Kona bottles with registered mail and what I want is to smell themselves how horrible it is...their answer: we cannot do that, we will send them back to the manufacturer......well it all sound very difficult, but cmon you sell something first which is good, then you place another order two weeks after because you are so happy about it and you receive crap. If I would be them I would take it very serious and put in place solid quality control or verify the batch, be honest about it and solve it. ....let's wait and see what they will send and if at all I will get feedback on the returned juice.

I think they are just lying because here I am sitting on work with only a bottle of cherry I got from them, and its so watery it does not want to wick properly. Not only that, but because its so watery, when I went to drip some in the cart, it came out like a fire hose, wtf!

I will try to make a video, so you guys can see, but this crap is not worth anything, and I will never buy anything from there again.

Now I get to go home and see if any of the juice they sent me will be vape-able;

No, that just means they purchased the postage...doesn't mean it has been shipped. I can purchase postage today, slap it on my package today, and let it sit on my counter until I get good and ready to actually ship it.

I ordered 70mL worth of juice from them a few weeks ago. It took 8 days to get from Cali to NY (just for comparison, another supplier I use for carts is also in Cali and it gets here in 3 days). The juice was sub-par but I got used to it. The only complaint I emailed to them was the 8 day wait, to which they blamed it on an exsessive customer base and only two workers.

My juice came sealed, paper envelope, no add on's, no cards, no packing slip, but I only payed 29 bucks.

I was going to order another 120mL.... now Im reconsidering. Any thoughts?

My juice from them was complete opposite of watery. It's pretty thick compared to the juice I just got from litecig last night. I had nothing to compare the strictly juice from until last night. I like the litecig juice better. It's a little thinner and has a better flavor. The strictly juice tasted very...i dunno, I want to say chemically but that's not it. It just doesn't taste the same as the litecig juice I just got.
However, the "technical" difference between what I got from strictly and what I got from litecig is supposedly the nicotine level. I got 24 from litecig and 18 from strictly.

I dunno, maybe I have to try a third vendor for even more comparison.

Alright, so I just got my juice from strictly e-juice...and I'm not thrilled at all. Just comparing the juice I got from them to the one's I got from madvapes. Frankly they look like crap...they have to be watered down. I'm getting very little vapor at all with them, and the taste is non-exsistant...maybe it's just the 555...I'll try something else...while I'm doing that, I'll go into to detail about the way the juice looks...diluted...that is the word I'm gonna use. It looks watery, now maybe that's normal since I'm new to this and all but I've never gotten juices that look like this (if your not careful you'll drown your atomizer since you have to put no pressure at all to get the liquid out...)

I can't say anything about being a bad batch yet, since non of them smell bad...then again they don't really have a smell. Alright, so far...the watermelon has a taste...but very little vapor(I'm dripping with a 510), camel has no taste or vapor, clove has no taste or vapor...I'm seeing a pattern here...the marl USA mix has a good throat hit which is the first sign of life I've seen so far. There's a little vapor but I don't taste anything. Well I've found one that actually has vapor...the ruyan actually has a flavor as well...yipee 1 out of 6 is actually decent. I don't think I will ever order from this company again, the only worth while things I got were the ruyan(or ry4) and the blue foam material...I hope you guy's have a better experience then I have.
