Briefly describe your problem or issueI placed an order with Strix Elixirs on January 2nd, 2015 for one 30ml bottle of Blue Honey. I have yet to receive it in the mail. The first contact I made with the company was on January 29 through their website ticket system asking if my order was missed. In all, I have sent two ticket requests, two emails directly to jennifer@strixelixirs.com, called their phone number several times, and have messaged the company on Facebook. Today is March 13th and I have not received a response.
In the past, this company has been great . . . but this is getting out-of-hand. It bugs me to write a negative review in a forum against a company whose flavor I deem one of the best, but I can't sit around and wait any longer.
