Order placed 10/28/2017. Item has not shipped and states processing. Contacted via website help. No ticket number received, no confirmation email of help ticket created. Attempted to contact via phone on 11/6 and 11/7 phone rings and goes to a mailbox that does not even state the companies name. Will be filing dispute for a refund. SCAM BUYERS STAY AWAY.
