Strong throat hits?

Sorry if this seems silly as I'm still new to vaping.

I recently upgraded to a billow v2 from a subtank hoping for a better flavour and clouds
But I got too much of what I wished for .

Apparently I have no idea why but the flavour is too strong on my throat? Chain vaping for about 5 mins, thereafter I can't even exhale properly without even feeling something stuck at my throat.

I'm firing at at 55 watts 0.28 ohms , 3.8v . Even if I lowered the wattage , still kinda hard on the throat and causes spitting . Tried different juices still the same. 30pg70vg 6 Ng nicotine . Am I doing something wrong? Please advise thanks

You need to up the wattage instead of downing the wattage. VG requires higher temp to cover up the harshness. (assuming you are on 24ga kanthal 3mm 6 wraps)
Also some factors to consider are still whether your wicking is on point, juice well shook before vaping.

From my experience, not enough wicking is the cause for spitting. Needs a lil bit more fluff and volume.

But remember, if too much in volume and length would cause another problem.

Cotton wont get soaked with juice efficiently and causes the cotton to get burnt quicker as its too tight in the coil which prevents the juice from flowing to it.
