Hi there! Here are my favorite vendors:

Fuzion Vapor-really great fruity vapes and a few oddities that I found pleasing.
mount baker Vapor- a HUGE selection, great prices. My favorites from MBV are Black Licorice, Banana Cream Pie, and I even like the GwarY4 a little bit.
I would recommend finding about 5 different places to get sample packs from and then go from there. It's going to be a lot of trial and error, but there are lots of great liquids out there!

Yeah it can be tough to figure that out (the fun is in the hunt though)
I still like "gourmet" tobaccos for all day mainly
but found Peach Tea to be an exception--not overly sweet like a dessert & not heavy
I buy from a local BM--Elite Vaporworks but I reckon there's nothing too special with this simple flavor.
They also have a RASPBERRY & GREEN TEA which are more sour for me to enjoy all day.
Sometimes I'll add a little of those to the Peach if I want it to have a bit more bite.
Oh and DEADLY SIN is a pretty nice flavor--comes across as buttery and sweet w/ slight tobacco.

Alpha: Hoops is my favorite so far, Mr. Miyagi has great flavor but a tad too sweet for me, Miss White is quite nice, The Dude is next on the list to try

503 (smokeless smoking) has some great fruits (also check out the sarsparilla) as does Ahlusion. Bionic's Dance with Miami is amazing. They're all gunna be on the expensive side too.
On the budget end, I'd give some flavors from ITC a try. All of their juices are sweet. So far I've enjoyed melon blast, melon twist and dragon dew. They're more known for their dessert flavors (not my thing so much) so you might really appreciate them.
highbrow vapor- strawberry lemonade they are 15.00 for 30 mls but they are really good give them a try

I'll +1 the nicoticket selection. They are really good right out of the box which is something you said was important. Mount Baker has some good liquids but you're going to need some time for them to get better.
I'm obsessed with Black Cherry Berry from Mt. Poconos Vape. It is my adv. However I'm having trouble finding a 2nd adv. Black Cherry Berry is the only flavor I have found that I love. Tastes just like koolaid... yum.
My go to vendor is Nicoticket.
Having said that, don't worry about find ONE flavor as an ADV. I rotate 6-8 and it's probably double that with mixes, depending on what I want or my mood at the time.
Every day is different, some days I go with just one flavor but far more common is 2-4 flavors.

First off, I think all day vapes are over-rated. Don't get hung up on one e-liquid. You may need to vape many different things throughout the day in order to be successful. As far as big selection goes, try giantvapes.com Huge selection with various pricing levels. For fruits I am partial to beantown vapor and cloud science.
I've been vaping for almost two years and don't have an ADV ... don't want one either! 
++ for Nicoticket.....I found that I can vape any of their liquid all day long

I am in the same boat. I just have to deal with what I bring at work but when I get home, I have 3 different RDA's ready to roll. Right now it's Candy corn, beetlejuice, h1n1,dreamsicle and strawberry overdose. My flavor train is all over the place...
Don't settle for just one ADV, Get you a few flavors and mix them up throughout the day. I like the vanilla/sweet/custardy flavors, and have had great luck with Nicoticket as well. I usually Vape these daily..

I tend to have a sweet tooth as well. I agree that Nicoticket's Creme Brulee is very good. I also like Maple French Toast and Kona Coffee Milkshake from Virgin Vapor. Cake, Pumpkin Pie, and Irish Cream at Copper Creek are also very good, IMO.
T3Texas is right. I happen to have 4 flavors I go through each day

a green apple with a hit of menthol for my work day
evenings I have a dark chocolate and peanut butter
and late evenings/before bed (like now) i have a straight menthol - tend to chain this one.
