some highlights:

However, electronic cigarettes
produce substantially fewer ultrafine
particles than conventional cigarettes


In addition, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde
and acrolein were measured in the aerosol of various e-cigarettes, although
considerably less than in cigarette
smoke

Its a pretty interesting read, a bit slanted towards ecigs being bad
