Stuff on Atomizer During Transit

So my 901 arrived this afternoon - just to see how it felt I took a small pull from the assembled cig - little did I know the atomizer kicked in and wow, what a lot of vapor. What do they put on the atomizers for shipping? It didn't taste very good (there was not cart installed).

Some around here call it primer. Don't know its composition but I agree on the bad taste.

Bman, that taste does dissapear pretty quickly. Yeah it doesn't taste too good. My latest atomizer probably 3 hours of normal use for it to be gone. One thing i do whenever i get a new one is to top off a cart and let it sit on the atomizer for an hour or so before using it to let the better tasting liquid soak in some. Works for me
