So my new 510 arrived yesterday and, after reading these forums, I knew what to expect - that you never know what to expect. Dead batteries, faulty atomizers, nasty primer taste... I thought I was prepared for anything.

I assembled the device and took a small, tentative drag. Nothing. I pulled a little harder, and felt a bit of burn in my throat, and a bit of tobacco taste, but didn't see any vapor on the exhale. I figured the ceiling fan might somehow be dissipating the vapor before I could see it, so I stood as close as I could to the mirror, and took another drag. Was that a tiny wisp of vapor? I wasn't sure. I pulled again - and promptly exhaled such a huge amount of vapor into my own face that I actually scared the crap out of myself, jumped back from the mirror, tripped over -nothing-, and wound up flat on my ... in a giant cloud of vapor.

So now I have a small lump on my head, and my .... is a little sore. On the other hand, I've now gone 30 hours without a real cigarette, which is the best I've managed in 8 years, so I probably shouldn't complain... ;)
