What the subject says.

I love vaping, and I'm SO NOT going back to analogs. I had one with a friend over Thanksgiving, when my battery died and my spare was at home, and YUCK. I don't know how I ever consumed 20+ of those things in a day.

I don't stink anymore, I'm not coughing up half a lung in the morning, I don't miss the stigma of being a smoker, I'm saving money, I really ENJOY vaping and I'm not just doing it BECAUSE I'm addicted to nicotine... the list goes on.

But one thing I've noticed, is I have a hella stuffy nose since beginning vaping. I'm not sick, unless I have the world's first 4 month cold, of which the only symptom is nasal congestion. And it's not just that my body is adjusting to being off cigs, I've been vaping ~5 months now.

I do vape heavily. I have a job where I'm in the car all day (which is part of the reason I switched to vaping, I'd end up tossing cigs I only took a drag or two off of if my stops were close together, this way, I can just put the e-cig down and don't waste anything), so yeah. You know how that goes. I vape 10-12 mg juices at this point, never anything higher, but I go through probably 2 1.6 mL tanks a day.

The congestion isn't so bad that it's a huge issue, but I wouldn't mind if it was gone, either. Has anyone had a similar problem and if so, what solved it? Or isn't it solved and it's just something I'll have to live with?

The more VG in my liquids the more I have nasal congestion.

Having said that, I had far more nasal congestion from smoking than I do from vaping.
But yeah, anything over 50% VG starts to bring back old times.

Regardless of what the cause is, drinking lots of water all the time is probably the best solution.

I see you're in MN, the air is very dry now since summer is gone and so get a humidifier or vaporizer to make your air at home more humid. Drink lots of water, get some saline nasal spray, and use a neti pot Neti pot: Can it clear your nose? - MayoClinic.com
I also vape high VG which irritates my sinuses less and feels less drying than PG. I also like the smooth velvety feel of 100%VG. I guess some VG provides more throat hit than others, also higher nic level provides throat hit, along with menthol's and cinnamon's
