Although I haven't had to try that, I've heard of stabbing the hole with a wooden toothpick and breaking it off with the hole plugged.

Might want to try that?

Won't work on carto holes, David. People use toothpicks to plug tiny air holes in the base of their BCCs (T3 etc.) to tighten the draw.

I'm thinking I could so something similar with my cartos that flood due to too many punched holes...

I was afraid of the extra punched cartos with my first order, so had already been thinking about fixes. I haven't had a problem yet, but had already considered & tossed the tape idea when it comes to tanks. I'm thinking plumber's putty if I do have issues.

I thought about doing that with some cartos I have that are 3 holes. Yet the last thing I want is whatever the tape is made out of leaching into the juice. I am not a fan of vaporizing tape and inhaling it into my lungs. I just save them for my thicker juices and it works fine.
