did you blow the primer out, then add a drop to the bridge and put a filled up cart on it?
also dont puff it like a cig long slow pulls on it then inhale to your lungs. You have flooded the attie also but having too much juice in it if that is the case blow it out thru the screw end and use a paper towel to soak up the mess that comes out the other end

I do realize that it could be operator error on my part, but I do have other attys that work just fine for me. I have blown them out, used carts, dripped, it doesnt seem to matter what I do with the special few.
510 atties always need to be blown out when you first get them, then add a drop of juice then a full cart, work best if they dont get dried out but not flooded, took me about a month to really get the hang of everything, IMo they work best once they are used more and get the newness out of them.
They arent dead as they still fire up - no vapor though does sound like are clogged. Did you use dark jucies with them? Or VG? SOmetimes (not always) those types of jucies can clog up an atty. You have a few choices - try blowing htem out from BOTH ends, really hard, then leave them to drip-drain on a paper towel overnight (cart end DOWN)and try them again after a primer drip or 2.
You can try cleaning them in hot running water, blow them out and leave them to drip-drain at least 24 hours on a paper towel.
You can try one of the atty resurrection ideas from the cart mods section of the forums.
You can throw them out.
captjay.. I think you hit it on the head, I use almost all 100% vg, took one and rinsed w/ hot water and used one of the quick dry methods here and it worked right away. thanks a ton.
