Stupid question but is it ok for a battery to vibrate while charging?

On a few occasions when I took the batteries off the charger I noticed that they were slightly vibrating. Today while they were charging I touched them slightly and they were doing it again, when I've checked a few minutes later they stopped.

Is it normal for them to be doing this?

The batteries are Molicel 21700, 4200mAh, 30A and they are few months old and the charger is xtar VC4S.

No it's not normal. Something very dangerous could be about to happen, or a rise in temperature, which should be more constant than fluctuating enough to cause vibration, is being misinterpreted.
The vibrations are pretty small and barely noticeable, I thought they were tingly at first before I noticed they were feeling more like vibrations. Since there were no changes in their temperature and felt pretty cool at touch I though there was nothing wrong with them.

But yeah, I will most likely replace them in a week or so just to be safe and if I notice it again I will replace the charger as it's a few years old at this point.

Are you sure it is coming from the battery and not the charger? I also know the XTAR VC4S very well and it is one of my favorite chargers. But I've never met one that vibrates. And I also agree with somdcomputerguy.
I noticed after I took them off the charger and felt a weird tingling from them which I later realised they felt more like faint vibrations.

The charger seems ok and tried to plug it in different things such as the pc or different sockets and it made no difference but it is a few years old so idk. It only happens sometimes while charging and after a few minutes off the charger they go back to normal.

I will just get some replacements in a few days.
