But i'm trying to order the VK ultimate for my mom (talked her into quitting!) and I don't see where to put the cart flavor or nic level, am I missing something?

I'm gonna feel really stupid if its obvious.

Says on the site to put your color/cart/strength options in the notes field in your order.

Just make sure the carts you want are in stock.

It already has an option for the battery and case color... i'll put it in the comments section anyway. Better safe than sorry.
My mom will KILL me if I don't get her menthol and a zebra case.

For what it's worth, when I ordered my Ultimate Ultimatum kit with automatic batteries on Wednesday night, the website didn't show black as a choice for battery color.

I selected blue batteries, but I said I'd rather have black in the comments section.

Guess what color batteries arrived with my kit today?

Now that is customer service!

I'm also a menthol smoker so it was important that I got menthols in my order as well. Steve threw in some Mint and I have to tell you, they taste more like my old analog brand so I have decimated them. I'm getting ready to order 20 ML of mint nobacco to refill with and a couple of other flavors that I liked. I'm also going to up the nic amount to about 18 as the 8s weren't strong enough for someone like me who is just quitting analogs. I am stunned at how quickly I'm off the analogs. I have tried to quit numerous times and failed miserably again and again. Mostly due to the hand to mouth habit as I was getting my nic fix through nic gum.

There is no such thing as a stupid question.

I just put "surprise me with the carts", and that paid off nicely as I think whoever packed my box was trying to prove a point or something. "WE MAKE NOTHING THAT TASTES BAD!"
