I wrapped a super nano coil and put it into my IGO-L with a cotton cloud it came out to .5ohms. I have a Nemesis with Efest 18650 2000mah batteries. According to what I've seen these batteries are rated at 10 amps. My calculations have it at 7.4 to 8.4 amps depending on output voltages. So my main question, is this a "safe" combo or should I upgrade my batteries. Eventually I want to get some Sony 30amps but I have several perfectly good Efests laying around. Thanks!

I would try to up your ohms a tad... your ok but dangerously close... some more room would be a much better idea
You should be ok, but you definitely want a safety margin.
In addition, a 1500mah 30A battery may last longer in some cases than a 2000mah 10A battery just because it doesn't have to work harder for the load you're putting into it.

Thanks, I'll throw a couple more wraps on it and see where that puts me. What ohms would y'all shoot for for that particular battery?
You can do more wraps, OR a better battery. Something with a higher Amp limit. Of corse alot of people say NO to this but if you operate in the safe bounds of the devise, all is well.
