I'm glad I could help on your previous question but I won't be much help with this one because I don't use sub-ohm coils. Here's my take on it though.
Basically all juices will work with coils in the 1 ohm to 2 ohm range as far as pg/vg ratios and nic content, but my understanding is that more vg is better for bigger clouds of vapor when sub-ohm coils are used. That's just what I've heard, so I don't really know.
As far nicotine content, sub-ohm vaping uses a lot more juice so it seems reasonable that if someone was going to vape 20 or 30 ml of juice in a day that they might want less nic in that juice compared to someone vaping 2 or 3 ml per day, unless they want to feel like they're walking around with bees inside their head.
In the end it's about what works for
you, but I would definitely say that sub-ohm vaping is not a good place to start for most people simply because it's a lot more complicated.
