Let me begin by issuing thanks in advance to whomever answers this question.
---
I will be referencing these items in my post:

(1) Ohm's Law Calculator

(2) Amazon.com: (2 Pieces) MNKE IMR18650 1500mAh High Drain Battery MNKE18650A: Health & Personal Care (30 amps)

(3) Samsung INR18650-20R 2000mAh - Kidney Puncher (22 amps)
---

In reference to item (1), I am assuming that this function by me inputting the volts(3.7) and the resistance (in ohms). And after hitting calculate, it will show the amps I am pulling in the box labeled Current. Is that correct?

Also in reference to item (1), I may have heard that fully charged batteries push out more than 3.7v. Therefore, what is the figure that I should put into that box to remain completely safe?

In reference to item (2), what would be the lowest ohm I could use safely?

In reference to item (3), what is the lowest ohm I could use safely?

These will all be fired on a mechanical nemesis clone. example: HCigar VW Nemesis Clone (they actually seemed to have removed the version i purchased. it was the kalafan edition) The close has neodium magnets installed instead of a spring.

I am also using a Smoketech RSST. I am currently running a .64 ohm coil (verified via the ohm meter featured here: 510 Ohm Meter Model 2 - Kidney Puncher and built by a local shop keeper a week ago) . Using the reference item (1), is it accurate to say that I will be pulling a MAXIMUM of 5.7 amps?

Are there any other considerations I should take into account. I am ALL EARS. I understand that many of these questions may seem redundant. I want to be as clear as possible when it comes to sub ohming as there have been many, many warnings regarding it.

Question 1 Gives amps in current and power in watts. Most batteries used in ecigs start at 4.2 volts. Like the 18xxx batteries.
#2 don't know that battery or if it's claims are true. The reviews were not great.
#3 don't know the battery but if the specs are correct .19 ohms is the lowest you can go but I would not go the lowest.
Be careful going sub ohm. Also make sure you Mech mod has a lock to prevent it firing when you don't want it to our you could have a disaster.
I personally have no use for sub ohm but what ever floats your boat. keep in mind it will suck up battery life quicker.

Regarding question
1) I prefer this one http://www.the12volt.com/ohm/ohmslawcalculators.asp as it gives you the easy option of what to calculate for, makes it very easy.

2) The MNKE are a discontinued item, the ones on eBay may be old stock, used, or counterfeit, not worth the chance.

3) Good option for your battery, 22 amp rating is nice, if you keep to about 0.4Ω you will have a reasonable margin of safety. Keep a close eye on the voltage of a full charge, and what voltage you discharge it to, each cycle will stress the battery a little more and increase the internal resistance. If the vape time starts dropping a lot, or the battery takes too long to charge fully, ditch it for a new one. Keep a close eye on the health of your batteries over the life of each, and :vapor::vapor:
