@Lessifer Thanks. I figured maybe it was a long shot. I was just looking for insights, stories from those who've quit, what to expect, how to get through it, etc.

@Jason Anonny I know lol. I've been going at it for 6 years now with 10 years of smoking prior to that. My lungs are tired of me putting crap in them and I need to slow down on in general.

lol, it's not some place that people post in on a regular basis for a long time. It is basically a resource for those who are looking to eliminate nic or vaping altogether, or to share their experience on the process for the benefit of others. There are a handful of ex-vapers that still post around the rest of the forum, though ;)

When your ready, just quit. It shouldn't be a struggle, if it is then your probably not past it yet.

If your lungs are feeling rough, maybe its time to look at what you use and how you vape with it , and change that instead.

I'm not saying you are, but giant lung hits and crazy flavors aren't exactly the best way to go about this
