submitting a ticket? what does this mean? lol

I bought an si volt pro starter kit last month and a week into vaping my 78mm manual battery wasnt able to charge on either my Pcc or my wall adapter. I wasn't in a hurry to buy another one or bother with customer service cuz I had an auto battery. plus I figured they would just tell me to eff off anyways lol. but now I'm getting tired of charging my auto three times a day. In another post I mention this problem and someone asked if I submitted a ticket. what does this mean exactly?

Hi - that's a term some vendors use for sending them an email and expecting a response. Usually if you use the "contact us" feature it will give you a ticket number.

Basically it means have you contacted customer service about your problem. Normally when you do that at a vendors site, it's considered opening/submitting a ticket.

oh okay thanks you guys. that ticket thing confuses me for a bit. I guess I'll submit a ticket. does anyone know how good si's customer service is?
