Subox Nano Question

Got a subux nano starter kit and really liking it. I kept the .5 coil in and using 2 mg Max VG juice. So my question..is Max VG OK to use with the 1.2 coil? I want to decide which I like better before I order extra coils but I know max VG was too think for my nautilus mini.

I use 90vg/10pg with the 1.2 and the .5 in my nano i like the .5 better, i also use the 90/10 in my nautilus mini with no problems, i ordered the occ coils the ones i got has the white ring on them tasted terrible my local shop has the ones with the red ring so much better flavor then the white ones.

The 1.2 coil is more catered towards m2l IMO there not great coils for lung hits. Why not use your RBA deck and build your own? If not I would suggest buying more .5 coils

I'm not sure I have the patience to build my own. I've watched a couple friends do it and I think I'd get tired of it. Plus the Nano didn't come with the RBA, I don't think.

I had the same thought about building but actually I will never buy another coil again excel for my tfc4

RBA decks cost £4 on eBay if it helps

Never know. When I first heard about building your own coils I thought are you kidding me.
Now I enjoy it.

I was the exact same way. I'm still horrible at winding my own coils, but prewound coils are so cheap it is super simple to just buy prewound coils. I use nickel coils for temp control, so I just buy them from Fasttech (they run around $9 for a box of 100). I have been rebuilding all the coils for my tanks now for the past month and a half. Now I never have to worry about paying $2 or $3 for a replacement coil when it literally costs me around 10 or 11 cents to rebuild it. The only downside is that the prewound coils that I have are slightly narrower in diameter than the factory coils so the airflow is a bit more restrictive.

On my subtank mini using the stock coils I get a better vape on the .5 ohm coil at between 20 and 25 watts. They also seem to last longer than the 1.2 ohm coils which like said are more Mouth to Lung. I don't believe the Nano came with the RBA

If I vape more than 4-5 times in a row the tank will get really hot.

That is normal, if you open your airflow all the way it helps or change to a different drip tip that won't get so hot. I just got the TFV4 tank and I am loving it especially for the airflow in the drip tip, it cools the vape and keeps my drip tip form getting too hot
