Hey folks,

I'm looking for a lung hitter rta that's 22mm. It's been a chore. The Taifun and Lemo are 23mm, the kayfun isn't good for lung hitters supposedly. I have a Orchid V4 clone, which is ok, but I keep getting dry hits after a few consecutive hits. Also, the airflow is ok, but not great.

It seems like my best bet might be the subtank mini.

The thing is, I've heard that you can't go too high on the watts with the occ heads, which kinda sucks, but I'd be getting it mostly for rebuilding. Does anyone know if you can crank the power up for rta mode and it will keep up?

Any other 22mm lung hitter RTA suggestions are also welcome.

Thanks everybody.

i get dry too many dry hits with the subtank mini rba deck. the deck sits higher the the base an the 2 juice channel is too small for that. also the rba body section is a pain to remove. you will need a tool to hold the threaded bottom connector to unscrew it. you will also need tighten the connector because it looses. i hope kanger comes out with a v2 rba replacement. other then that, the tank is great.

The reason you can't go too high in wattage with the ST Mini is because it's not necessary. It hits real good at 25, just as good as some of the other tanks at 35. I find that to be a plus since I get more battery life. You can build the RTA at anything you want. I have no problems with the mini at all. The original ST's RTA was awful, not enough airflow.

That body section is an absolute doddle to remove once you know the technique. Hold the 510 threading with one hand, and LIGHTLY, VERY FREAKING LIGHTLY, turn the barrel, and it comes right off. If you put any pressure at all on it, it seizes up on the threads. Same applies for the chimney cap.

While the OCC heads are meant to be disposable they're an easy rebuild.
I wish Aspire would come out with a coil that's safe! :( Put these 2 paper weights I have back to use.

Bought 2 Atlantis Tanks when they got released. Liked them at first , just went through coils quickly. After I ran out of first box of coils the info was out about the ceramic coil so I put them away since and used the billow and Lemo exclusively.

I believe they have recently changed over to cotton.

Thanks KC that's good to hear. I was actually leaning Goblin. It's shorter, and that window on the Silverplay is like what were they thinking.

Exactly, it's like they forgot that we may want to see how much juice is left. I vaping the Goblin right now and it really is a good tank. Don't forget to check out Travis's video build if you buy one. Also there's a 10% off coupon for MBV just put in ECF

Ok awesome thanks. I'm thinking to get it at myvaporstore though cuz they have the V2, MBV's is the 1.2. Maybe they're the same idk but I mean you go V2 over 1.2 right?

Probably but I would want to find out the difference between the two.

ETA: I just checked and the V2 looks pretty much the same with a few cosmetic changes. Here's the good part. "NEW in V2!: Includes a larger replacement tank for 3ml or 4.2ml Tank Capacity"

So yea, I'd go for the V2 for sure and MVS is an excellent vendor.

Yeah I just saw that about the V2. The thing is though that's the same as the 1.2 at MBV (it doesn't say, but the pic shows both tank sections). I might contact them to see what the deal is. MVS is a great vendor, and so is MBV. They have the cheapest juice around and I've always had a great experience with them.

Either way, thanks for all the help KC!

Edit: It's weird because everybody else has a 4.2ml 2nd tank section, but MBV's is 5ml. That's interesting.
