Have you checked the center pin for a good connection or a weak battery?
i have removed the center pin and put it back in, dont know how to check if its making good connection

check with a dmm for voltage on the centerpin inside the subtank mini base while it is on the mod.
i dont have a dmm

I have had my subtank mini on an eleaf istick.
It did work fine for some months till i put the 0.5ohm head in it and put it on my stingray mechmod, didnt fire at all, i put the 1.2 head back in and back on my eleaf and it is firing very weak...
Anyone have any solutions

At what wattages are you firing it at? (Can't believe nobody asked this yet..)

Hmm.. I haven't gone above like.. 15W with the 1.2 ohm heads. The higher resistance (and smaller juice channels) means less vapor production is inevitable. It wasn't anything crazy drastic in my experience.

What's the PG/VG ratio of your juice? Nic level?
