Hi all

So I bought a subtank a few months ago and use it on a 50watt eleaf istick. It is an awesome tank for me to be fair. I started on the OCC coils but quickly ended up playing with the RBA deck and was making coils without problems.

Over the last few days, I've been getting alot of dry hits. I've noticed today after stripping the tank and completely cleaning it, the resistance that's being measured by the battery is constantly changing. It goes between .9 and 2.5 and seems to do it when I move the tank even if it's screwed to the battery tight. Also adjusting the air flow makes the resistance go up and down.

I know it's not my battery as I've tried with my istick 20watt with the same problem.

Interestingly, if I put something fairly thin that isn't conductive between the tank and the battery (like a piece of cardboard) it's alot more stable and stays at .9ohm

Has anybody ever experienced this?

Thanks guys

Hey both

Yes RBA + pin was tight.

I seem to have inadvertently fixed it.

I was just going to try the OCC to see if I had the same problem, and rather than the glass tank unscrewing like normal, the two parts on either side of the airflow rings opened up. So I put it all back together and now I'm at a stable .9!

I didn't even know the bottom part unscrewed. By the way, if you ever notice yours unscrewing, be careful as there's a tiny ball bearing that gives that satisfying click sound when rotating the ring :)

Thanks again!!
