Such a thing as a e-cig that will put out vapor even when the cartridge is at it's end of life?

It is also important to note, and hope somebody gives the link, that e-cigs are not "smoked"/inhaled in the same manner as cigarettes.
How are we supposed to use it? I've never heard of this before, and in the past few months I've treated it the same way I would smoke a cigarette.

The only other way I can think of is by sucking the vapor and let it mellow in your mouth for the flavor? Is this right?

Yep, always try different flavors and even different types (different pg/vg mixes) and such. I was a huge menthol smoker and never did like cherry flavored tobacco but I find the cherry cheesecase flavored e-liquid very good. I also like apple cinnamon, ry4 (when I want something like a tobacco flavor - usually mixed with a fruit flavor or something). I also was given a tropical something from a friend and really liked that (I don't usually like tropical fruit drinks and such). I found the best ones were typically fruit flavored and dessert flavors more than any of the others that I tried. I did find one menthol that was somewhat decent but that would be a last resort only.

Look forward to finding out what you think about those.

Okay, received my stuff yesterday. Amazing, really. The first juice I tried was strawberry in my twist (I'm getting the lingo down, lol). I sort of liked it the first few drags I took. But then, after hitting it again a few hours later I wasn't crazy about it. BUT.. I know the proper method is not to inhale, but when I did I liked it! I think it might be a physical thing more than taste buds though. For me it must be part urge to inhale, and then doing it, and then getting some gratification from it.

I haven't formed an opinion on the vanilla yet, but as it stands right now, I like the strawberry better (when I inhale).
But let's see what happens as time goes on for a bit.

Thanks!

It's not "wrong" to inhale, just not absolutely necessary, but if that's what satisfies you then more power to you :) I tend to inhale too, and you'll find you get different flavor notes from your mouth, nose, inhale and exhale. Whatever keeps you off the cigs!

I wasn't sure if I went maverick and broke the rule because there's a sticky that doesn't endorse inhaling :)
But yeah, I've been vaping more and more since my last post and I'm definitely an inhaler.

I don't think the inhale "rule" is exactly that. For many people, especially with the higher pg in the juice, inhaling like a cigarette causes a lot of coughing. I also inhale, but not directly. I pull the vapor into my mouth, hold it and allow some of it to leave my mouth (just a little). I will then inhale through my nose, bringing the vapor into my lungs that way (no coughing and great flavor).

I have seen some youtube videos where they do inhale after a small hold in their mouth (I don't know exactly why but it seems to help stop the major coughing). If the pg is not too high and you can inhale without the coughng afterwords..then don't worry about it. I have used some juice that was 30/70 (pg/vg) and was able to inhale just like a cigarette and no coughing. Not all people are really affected but the main reason this was used to teach was because you won't absorb the nicotine if you use the e-cig like a regular cigarette (analog). Do different methods and learn what works best for you.

That is funny, I am vaping strawberry myself now also. Glad you like the e-cigs and hope you can get them to work and keep you away from analogs.

Right. I don't know if it's the nicotine absorption or just the sensation of drawing it into my lungs that does it for me. But I'm sure as time passes and I find my way and I'll be okay with either staying this way, or just drawing in and blowing out. Like you said, anything would be an improvement over the ciggies.

Argh, I noticed that I said I was using strawberry! It was actually watermelon. And ya know what? I really do like watermelon. I would definitely buy watermelon again and I actually considered and looked at the strawberry too. That will be in the next order.
As far as the vanilla that I have in my other ecig.. I haven't touched that one since last week. I'm not a big fan at all of the vanilla and wish I didn't get it. Just my personal opinion, but I don't recommend vanilla.

Franki if you need any help with your equipment or want to try some different flavors without having to buy them first just send me a pm here at ecf. I also diect inhale into my lungs it is the way I enjoy more than doing the mouth vaping thing.
I don't believe there is a "right" or "wrong way" to inhale honestly.
I am also in MA.!
I would be happy to show you or explain whatever you'd like to know. :)

I would get yourself an Ego type kit for your first one... its easy and works well.

you can try the ego-Twist that lets you adjust voltage, it's a non-complicated device and much easier to use starting off than a vamo.

I got the ego-twist kit and then got the zmax (basically same as vamo) about a couple weeks later after I understood everything

Sounds like you are doing just fine, flavors are very subjective and our taste change, you may find in a few weeks that you love the vanilla, or not. The important thing is to try small sizes when experimenting. I'm glad you like the watermelon, and whatever method of inhalation works for you is the best. You have a versatile kit that should serve you well, keep on doing what your doing, and remember that if you have any questions, the people here are very helpful. Best of luck to you.

back on the inhale; it really does not matter what way you do. As stated before, it is mainly for those that want or feel a need for nicotine absorption and to avoid the cough that some people get. Do what works for you and all should be fine. just remember the methods in case you ever have problems. I didn't need the change until I got my vamo.

watermellon does sound good also. Glad you like it. another thing to remember is mixing juice (best to use same pg/vg mix and nic stregnth for first time. One person I met here says he mixes the USA blend (tobacco flavor) with vanilla (about 2 or 3 drops of the USA blend to 1 drop vanilla). you can also see if your taste changes later and I recommend putting the vanilla e-juice in the refridge until then (in a ziplock bag or box if worried about it spilling or anything). also cigarbabe is in your area and maybe close enough to get assistance and other things (including free tastes of different flavors she has). this is also a great way of learning. u have helped a couple people in San Antonio because when I first started there wasn't anybody local to help me.

as many who quit cigs by other methods will say , quit buddies are a great plus. with vapers a vaper buddy is also a great plus.
