suddenly ce2'2s keep dying????

Ok I havent been around for a bit due to family crisis. But I had 2 ce2 tanks die on me, ok. So I made 2 new tanks, both lasted maybe 2 days and died. I have been using only my provari and infinity and been using the 2.4-2.6ohm ce2's and voltage around 4.1v. I have been using these type of ce2's for months and have never had one die on me. I fill the tank maybe twice and clean and reuse and never had an issue. I installed 2 new ones and both died. I dont get it. It dont matter, fat or stranded wicks. any ideas???? Thanks

Probably just a bad batch, Microcig is known for there crappy QC

dumb question but are you using protected batteries and are they in good condition? might be getting a surge or something

By bateries are new. I have a few and I cycle them, so I think they are ok. I did recently change to tasty vapor geoffs blend and atomic cyinide. The geoffs blend does gunk fast but I clean out after each use. Hopefully just a bad few that I got.
