Suggest some recipes based on my current flavor inventory

Below is a list of what I currently have in my flavor inventory. The bottom half of the list (with asterisks) are the flavors I haven't tried yet.
I've tried a lot of combinations and have a few go to recipes that I keep making:
3% Tiramisu - FA, 4% Vienna Cream - FA
4% Peach - FA, 4% White Peach - FA, 4% Vienna Cream - FA
5% Pear - FA, 1% Cinnamon Ceylon
8% Sweet Strawberry - Cap, 4% Vienna Cream - FA

You can see that I'm a fan of coffee juice and fruit and creams.

I'd like to try to do something like a caramel cappuccino and I'd like to do a fruit cheesecake, so I'd love to get some suggestions on those, as well as hear any other ideas on what you would make with the inventory I've got.

I am making these up as I go but if i had just those flavors this is what I would try; some of those flavors i haven't tried yet:

Sweet Strawberry CAP

Vienna Cream

Vienna Cream
Caramel - optional or use just a hint of it

Watermelon - The Signature watermelon tastes chemically to me but if it tastes good for you ...

I've done
Fuji Apple, Apple Pie, Green Apple - FW, Cinnamon Ceylon
It's not bad, but not my favorite. I get tired of it quickly.
I'm not a huge fan of the FW Green Apple, which is why I figured I'd try the Signature Green Apple and see if I like it any better.

I've tried both TFA and Flavors Express blackberry and both taste chemically to me. But I like the idea of mixing with cheesecake and using less blackberry.

Looks like you are a fan of mixing multiple versions of the same flavor. I've had good luck doing this with FA White Peach and FA Peach, but haven't tried doing it with different vendors.

Yea I have found that not all flavors are created equal For instance, FW Apple Pie and CAP Apple Pie carry different nuances with each of them that, to me, actually compliments each other. The FA Strawberry and CAP Sweet Strawberry both taste different to me as well. Both strawberry but not the same.

Yea the Blackberry can be a heavy flavor and will overpower the juice easily so I use that in lower %s

4% cap sweet strawberry

Makes a killer strawberry cheesecake, one of my adv's

Perhaps you should look at flavor pairings here.
I have similar dillema, about 30 diff. 2bacos, and flavorings...and i'm just doing little 5 mil batches adding this n that...lol.
