Suggestions for first mechanical mod

Any suggestions for a first mechanical mod? I have a vamo, but im looking to go below 1.3 ohms.

I like simple telescoping mechanical mods because I can't be bothered to fiddle with extension tubes. It really comes down to what you like because any of the currently available mechanical mods will work fine. Some may work a touch better but it's really very subjective. Do you have any particular mechanical mods you have been looking at? It might help others to steer you in the right direction.

Where do you want your button to be? How much are you willing to spend? What size battery were you planning to use? I understand that there are regulated mods that will go below 1.3 ohms, perhaps you should check into that. Mechs have a bit of a learning curve to them.

Button position isnt really an issue. I dont want to break the bank on anything. A local shop has smok magneto, udt-v12 and udt-v14 for around 50 bucks, which isnt too bad

I would get a k100. Sturdy as hell and won't break the bank.
