I think I've narrowed it down to 3 mods that I am interested in, but please do suggest any others that you think are similarish.

Evic Supreme
Sigelei 20W
Seven 22

I've done a little bit of research on the Evic and Sig but don't know too much about the Seven 22. They are not that much apart in price with the Evic costing the most, but its negligible for me. Can anyone give some pros and cons of these or a suggestion?

Edit: Ok I just read up on the Seven 22 a bit and while it looks like a fantastic mod, it is HUGE!! So cross that out. I honestly don't need a ton of features although I wouldn't complain about having them, and I do not need high wattage vaping, but I do want a sturdy device and I like the fact the Evic can be charged from USB, something that I always loved about my iTaste VV and MVP.

Actually my main reason is to have a nice looking tube mod to go with my kayfun and some rba's that I want to try, they look ridiculous on my iTaste and I don't feel like they will provide the power to truly enjoy the rba's. I'm still pretty new to rebuilding but I do want to invest in a nicer device. I'm still wary about mechanicals and prefer the safety of regulated mods and I still want something small and attractive.

I have a SS Vamo thats getting old and I keep looking at the Zmax V5 to replace it. I see 2 diameter sizes of 22mm and 23mm. Which one is correct? I want it to be 22mm to match my Kayfuns.

The Sigelei Zmax telescopic V3 and V5 are definitely 23mm in diameter. The difference is slight. Here is a 22mm IBTanked sitting on top of a V5. If laid down flat on a table the glass IBTanked sits about .5mm above the table, protected from impact during knock-downs.

The sigelei zmax v5 is a 23mm mod but the kayfun does look pretty fantastic on it. It will produce a gap which can be fixed by twisting up the top-cap ring.

Sigelei zmax v5 will do that job and will also give you the option to use 18500 batteries which I personally really like for a semi-compact style that will last me a day at work. Get a decent charger and try out the new purple IMR batteries from e-fest (comes in all 18xxx sizes). One thing you need to keep in mind with batteries is this rule of thumb: the smaller the battery, the less maximum current it can put out.
Don't buy cheap or unbranded 18350s as you will be very disappointed. The high drain 18350 IMRs from efest should be able to handle any rebuildable just fine and they're just a bit cheaper than AW.

I will expect that the latest Vamo (I think v5) is just a bit more rugged because it doesn't have a telescoping tube. Have a look at the sigelei zmax v3 thread to see what kind of issues you may run in to.

I have been using a mech with an Evolv Kick 2 and liking it. With an 18350 it is shorter than my SiD in 18350 mode. You are limited to a maximum of 15w but, with my kayfuns, I have been staying below 10w for the most part. I have cranked it up to 15w with my Fogger V4 and that is a really nice vape with a 1.1 ohm dual coil installed.

I carry my SiD in a holster on a neck lanyard because, it is light weight. If Provape made an aluminum or titanium Provari, I would buy a mini in a heartbeat.

What size battery are you using in this pic? I got to get this.

If you want the shortest -- go with a Provari mini. (18350)

Next in height is the Evic at about 1/4 inch taller. (18350) (Edit--original version only. The Supreme is much taller.) (the USB charging is a nice asset, imho)

The Sigilei Zmax (18350) is the same height as Provari mini with extention cap, or Provari standard, that give more vaping time, using 18500 batteries.

Kayfun looks great on Provari's with a beauty ring and pretty fine with the Evic. (I prefer the flat cap). I'm disappointed with the gap on the Sigilei Zmax, but I have an older version mini. Perhaps that has been changed.

I just ordered the Zmax V5 for $42. I will find a way to fill that gap when I get it. I just had to grab one at that price.
Glad you saw that. Electronicstix?

The photo shows a new V5 with the tube properly adjusted for a 18500 battery. After three or for months expect the battery spring to compress little (a few mm) so the space between the two tube sections can be smaller by the same amount.
