Well, I picked up a used VAMO from the classifieds. I've only used it for 2 or so hours (and only with a 18650 that the seller was kind enough to provide) but it's working great. I need to buy some 18350 batteries for it (and clearance it for the T3, as it's soooooo close to fitting).

Overall, I'm very happy with it so far!

Glad you got something! The T3 issue is really something Kanger should look at. They need to change the diameter to fit the various mods I think, rather than various mods that have ego threads and take other clearos having to be modded to take T3s.
Having said that, more mods are coming out that will take the T3s now.

I looked at dremel-ing mine out today, but the space between the ego threads and the body is SOOO small, I don't even have a dremel bit that will fit in there (and I've got a lot of dremel bits!), and I don't want to risk damaging the ego theads :-(

The 510-ego adapter is working OK for now. I'll look into smaller bits to make it work though. According to my calipers, the diameter only needs to be increased about 0.4mm (15mm T3 base vs 14.6mm drip well)... almost nothing.
