I like the e-cigar, and because it's the cigar, it has the marlboro flavor carts. Over time I found this flavor to be "yuck". I have some misc flavorings and e-juices.

I've putts around and ruined the filler in maybe two. (Which I've washed out and saved.)

PureSmoker's menthol helps. But, is there anything to take that ... for lack of a better word... cigar type flavor and smell away.

Nix on Vanilla, Nix on Riskee, Nix on Almond. Tried those... those are the ones I patted totally dry and washed.

BTW. When you post suggestions can you let me know if it is either:
A. An idea, or
B. That you actually tried it.

Thanks a million!

i tried to mix the marlboro, i just can't stomache it. nothing worked and i tried lots of different combos. sample packs from Pure, JC and all the Janty juices i have too. some liquids just overpower everything else. i'm sure some people out there enjoy it so blending would be a benefit. any flavor that i just don't like stands out so i gave up on blending. the idea for me was to save precious liquid but i wind up doing the opposite. wasting good (blending) liquid then tossing it anyway. hope this helps.

ritalee76, thanks!
3 drops English Toffiee was not enough, but 8 drops English Toffee made it MUCH better. Now, it's almost like French Pipe. (I could almost go for this, had I not already added 1-2 drops of menthol to the cart yesterday. It would be much better without the menthol.)

Later, I'll add some more English Toffee. Thanks a mil, Ritalee!!! I have not had much success switching from analogs to the e-cig. Multiple reasons, but this was one of them.

I am still interested in other suggestions, too, because it would nice to be able to have a few choices.

Just found one, Lorann's Horehound. It totally obliterated the Marlboro (except for a wee smidge in the after vapor), the menthol obliterated, and left a faintness to the English Toffee. (It got on my lips and made them numb, so it's mimicing real menthol in that way and it smells like old fashioned dental offices from the 50's... Not really a mouthwash scent but more similar to mouthwash than anything else. I like the feel (smooth, slidy), my nose likes the clean scent.

So, thanks everyone! Especially ritalee76 for making me pull out my Lorann flavorings and for the tip on English Toffee. Super Thanks!!!

I'm not sure that Janty rose would be strong enough to cover the taste of marlboro.

LorAnn horehound flavour sounds ok to me, this is what they say:

Contains: Artificial Flavor, Alcohol. Soluble in water.

What I'd do is to squeeze out the marlboro eliquid, clean the filler, replace and refill with a flavour you are sure you like.

YouTube - Liquid uitpersen

Clean the filler with water and dry with a towel or tissue. Replace in the cartridge and refill.

YouTube - Classic Ampul volledig vullen

If the filler is not usable then it can be replaced - http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...e-stuffing-m-401-carts-up-close-personal.html

Thanks Kate, for letting me know that the Horehound was OK. And for asssessing the rose.

All the cigar carts are Marlboro, so switching them all out would not be practical, plus my cigar carts have some white plastic looking stuff that kind-of scruntches the inner/upper part of the fiber plug. Don't know why or what it is. (They wash ok though. The white plastic is still there after washing.)

Those videos are great! I had watched some in the new members forum and had more to go, left a webpage open, put the computer to sleep, attended to chores, returned to find my computer (which had been sleeping) turned itself off and installed updates and I lost the pages. So, I'm grateful to get these two back so I can see them.
