SUMO ME tab?

I just noticed a small blue tab in the upper right and see it is a link to Sumo Me dot com....Isn't this for website administrators?....Just curious

I'm curious about it too. All it gives is a login/signup box, but what the heck is it?

Some sort of web traffic manager. I accidentally hit the tab when trying to hit the "top" link
