I ordered a Silver Bullet from Altsmoke and within a couple of days it stopped firing. Probably something I did on my end cause they are built like tanks. I called the 800 number and the CS guy talked me through some quick troubleshooting techniques and to no avail. So, I emailed them and with a quick reply, they agreed to fix my SB. I'm not sure if they replaced the whole unit or fixed it but man its like brand new and I'm totally happy with it. The main reason I am posting this is that they never made me feel like I made a mistake or broke the unit. Or that I was just a total noob with a new mod. Cheers!!
